Thankfully, Platinum Financial Associates was able to help us design our plan features based on what we needed, and they worked directly with the third party, so I didn’t have to. Diane then came out to our office to explain everything to our employees. I was impressed by her ability to explain something complex in an easy-to-understand way. Diane and Susan meet with our employees regularly to make sure their investment goals are in line with their portfolio, and their staff is available for questions at any time.
We still go to them every time an employee becomes eligible, and they’ve been so helpful.
